Treuunternehmen
This is a legal entity with its own assets and a clearly defined object. Such object
may be of a commercial
nature or serve the purpose of family provision. The
supreme body is the trustor. The board of trustees is in
charge of management
and representation. Those persons or organisations to whom or to which the
board
of trustees provides benefits as provided by the trustor are
beneficiaries of the Treuunternehmen. The administration
is in charge of
management and representation.
