Establishment
This is a legal entity with its own name and at least 30,000 Francs of capital which is
not divided into shares.
Instead of shareholders an establishment has
beneficiaries, who receive benefits from the establishment.
The supreme body
is the founder. His powers are defined in the charter and include election of
the administration,
use of the profit, determination of the beneficiaries and
their rights. The administration is in charge
of management and
representation of the establishment. If the establishment does
business, it has to keep
accounts and have them audited once a year.
