Trust

Trusts are no legal entities. Rather, the trustor delivers assets to the trustee
requiring him to manage and use them for the benefit of certain beneficiaries.
Thus, the trustee becomes the owner of the assets but he may only dispose of
them according to the guidelines of the charter of the trust. Like a foundation
a trust may also serve the purpose of supporting a family or have a
charitable purpose.
